I am a Junior student-athlete at Louisiana State University, specializing in the 1500m and mile — or as I like to call it, the 3.75-lap race. Originally from Leawood, Kansas, I am currently based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where I train, compete, study, and create content full-time.
My mission is simple: blend running and entertainment to grow the sport. I want to be the creator who makes track and field culture accessible and exciting to a mainstream audience. Through my YouTube channel, TikTok, and Instagram, I document the real side of competing at the highest level of college track and field — the training, the racing, the nutrition, and the grind of building something beyond athletics.

I compete for LSU’s Track and Field program and have raced at some of the most prestigious meets in the country, including the Bryan Clay Invitational. I hold the 3-legged mile world record and am currently ranked on World Athletics (ID: 15141450).

What started as filming training videos has grown into a full-scale content operation. My YouTube channel has surpassed 45,600 subscribers and 14.6 million views across 257+ videos — covering race recaps, day-in-the-life vlogs, training breakdowns, and the unfiltered reality of being a D1 athlete.
I am building toward becoming a full-time creator. I currently partner with COROS watches (use code ‘TRENTON’), run a Linktree shop with 25 running products, and have created digital products including The ULTIMATE Recruiting Guide and a FREE Strength Plan for Distance Runners. I also produce membership content on YouTube.

Beyond athletics and content, I am active in leadership through The Adelante Leadership Institute at LSU and SEC Career Tour networking. I believe in using my platform to help other student-athletes navigate the intersection of athletics, academics, and entrepreneurship.
I am a strong believer in the power of internships, mentorship, and learning by doing. I recently connected with Dennis Yu, CEO of BlitzMetrics and a leader in digital marketing, personal branding, and mentorship.
